1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and QR Code King ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website https://qrcodeking.com.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, paying subscribers and anyone else who accesses or uses our platform in any capacity. If you are using QR Code King on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 About Our Service

QR Code King is an online platform that allows registered business users to:

• Upload business documents such as Invoices, Mill Test Certificates (MTC), Delivery Challans and other commercial documents in PDF or image format
• Generate unique QR codes automatically linked to each uploaded document
• Drag and place the QR code directly onto the PDF document page and download the document with the QR embedded
• Download the QR code separately as a sticker in various print sizes for affixing to physical products or materials
• Allow third parties to scan the QR code and view the linked document in a read-only mobile browser viewer
• Track how many times each QR code has been scanned

3 Account Registration

To use QR Code King you must create an account. By registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@qrcodeking.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Not create more than one account per person or organisation without prior written permission
• Not use another person's account without their express permission

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. Accounts created by minors will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts or remove content at our sole discretion without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4 Subscription & Payment

QR Code King operates on a subscription basis. The following plans are currently available:

4.1 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• We accept PhonePe, UPI and other supported Indian payment methods
• Payment must be made in full before the subscription period begins
• Your subscription becomes active immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• We do not store your bank account, card details or UPI PIN — payments are processed by the payment gateway
• You will receive a payment confirmation to your registered email address

4.2 Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly choose to renew
• You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your subscription expires
• If you do not renew, your account will be downgraded to a limited free mode — your documents and QR codes will remain but new uploads will be paused
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use QR Code King only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable uses include:

• Uploading genuine, original business documents that you own or have legal rights to distribute
• Generating QR codes for your own business invoices, certificates and delivery challans
• Affixing QR stickers to your own products, materials or packaging
• Allowing your clients, customers and business partners to scan and verify your documents
• Using the platform for internal document management and verification workflows

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QR Code King. Violation will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action:

7 Document Upload Rules

When uploading documents to QR Code King, you agree to the following:

• You own the document or have full legal right and authority to upload and share it
• The document is genuine, accurate and has not been altered to misrepresent facts
• Maximum file size per upload is 20 MB
• Supported formats are PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP
• You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of all documents you upload
• We do not verify the accuracy or authenticity of uploaded documents — we only provide the storage and QR linking mechanism
• Documents must not contain malware, viruses, executable code or any harmful content
• You grant QR Code King a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your documents solely for the purpose of operating the QR verification service

QR Code King acts as a neutral platform and storage provider. We do not endorse or verify the content of any document uploaded by users. Any disputes arising from document content are entirely the responsibility of the uploading user.

8 QR Code Usage

• Each QR code generated on our platform is unique and linked to a specific document upload
• QR codes remain active as long as your account is active and in good standing
• If your subscription expires and you do not renew within 30 days, QR codes linked to documents beyond your free tier limit may be deactivated
• Deleted documents will immediately deactivate their associated QR codes — scanners will see a "document removed" message
• We do not guarantee permanent availability of QR codes — in the event of service discontinuation we will provide at least 30 days notice
• QR codes generated on our platform are intended for business document verification only — using them for other purposes may violate these Terms

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the QR Code King website and platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, code, text, graphics, features and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of QR Code King and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our platform content without prior written permission
• The QR Code King name, logo and brand identity are our trademarks — you may not use them without written consent
• You retain full ownership of the documents you upload — we claim no ownership over your content
• You grant us only the limited licence necessary to store, process and serve your documents as part of the QR verification service
• This licence terminates automatically when you delete a document or close your account

10 Disclaimers

QR Code King provides its platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

• Document Authenticity: We do not verify, certify or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy or legality of any document uploaded by users. QR Code King is a delivery and linking platform only.
• Uptime: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted access to our platform. Maintenance windows and unexpected outages may occur.
• Third Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability, reliability or policies of third-party services including PhonePe, Google AdSense, Google Analytics or Hostinger.
• QR Scan Results: We are not responsible for what actions a third party takes after scanning a QR code and viewing a document.
• Data Loss: While we maintain backups, we are not liable for accidental data loss. We recommend you maintain copies of all important documents independently.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, QR Code King and its owners, employees and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our platform
• Loss of business, revenue, profit or data resulting from use or inability to use our service
• Damages arising from fraudulent documents uploaded by other users
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure
• Any claims arising from documents you upload and the consequences of third parties viewing them

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to QR Code King in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@qrcodeking.com. Upon account closure, all your uploaded documents and QR codes will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You upload fraudulent, illegal or harmful content
• You engage in any prohibited activity listed in Section 6
• We are required to do so by law or court order
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent or abusive activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees after a 7-day grace period

Upon termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Contract Act 1872 and all other applicable Indian statutes.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

If amicable resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify all registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect
• Display a prominent notice on our website for significant changes

Your continued use of QR Code King after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

We recommend you review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at qrcodeking.com/terms.html.
